Submission Rules
Guidelines for adding your site to our verified onion directory. Please read before submitting.
General Submission Criteria
1 What Can Be Listed?
We accept active, functioning onion services that provide value to the privacy and security community. Submissions must fall into one of our accepted categories:
- Markets & Vendor Shops: Established trading platforms with verifiable history.
- Forums & Communities: Discussion boards, chans, and chat services.
- Services & Tools: Secure email, hosting, encryption tools, and mixers.
- News & Blogs: Journalism and educational resources hosted on Tor.
2 PGP Verification (Mandatory)
To prevent phishing and cloning, we require cryptographic proof of ownership. You must provide a valid PGP Public Key during submission.
Upon submission, our system will generate a unique "Challenge Message." You must sign this message with your site's private PGP key and submit the signature. Listings without successful PGP verification will not be published.
3 Description Standards
Your listing description must be accurate and written in clear English.
- Do not use clickbait, excessive capitalization, or hype (e.g., "BEST MARKET 2024").
- Do not keyword stuff your description with irrelevant tags.
- Ensure the category and tags accurately reflect the service provided.
Strictly Prohibited Content
! Zero Tolerance Policy
The following types of content are strictly forbidden. Submitting, or attempting to list, these services will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.
- CSAM / Child Exploitation: Zero tolerance. Immediate report to NCMEC/CyberTipline.
- Phishing & Clones: Sites designed to steal credentials (login data) or crypto wallets.
- Hitman Services / Murder for Hire: Solicitation of violence.
- Terrorism / WMDs: Anything related to weapons of mass destruction or terrorist financing.
- Exit Scams: If your site is verified as an exit scam by our community, it will be permanently flagged as SCAM.
We actively monitor listings for scam reports. If a listing accumulates verified scam reports, its Risk Score will automatically increase, and it will be marked as "High Risk" or "Scam" depending on the severity.
